The holidays are all about joy, celebration, and spending time with loved ones, but let’s be real—they can also get a little overwhelming. So, to help you stay chill and enjoy the season, here are 12 self-care tips to keep you feeling relaxed, happy, and sane!


Day 1: Just Say No

Start by setting some boundaries. It’s okay to politely decline invitations or skip out on things that don’t fit your schedule or energy. Saying no is self-care, especially when life gets hectic.
