MS, LPC - Owner/Director

“When we deny the story, it defines us. When we own the story, we can write a brave new ending.” -Brene Brown.

Relationships can be complicated. During hard times, you may pull away from others fearing the personal connection or believe you just need time on your own to figure things out. By looking at your own story and learning from what did or didn't work, you can grow and still achieve the ending you want to your story.

I work with young adults to those young at heart. I utilize various therapeutic techniques including CBT, DBT and ACT to address your life transitions, depression, or anxiety. My goal is to tailor therapy to you and find the tools to promote the healthy change you need to shift your energy back to you!

As a therapist, I want to provide a safe, judgment-free place to explore those fears, concerns, hopes, and aspirations. I aim to provide individualized care encompassing your morals, values, and spiritual beliefs to guide you in writing a new ending to your story.
