I strive to create a comfortable and approachable atmosphere where clients of all ages feel empowered to share openly.  My belief is that there is no “one size fits all” approach; whether it be anxiety, depression, parenting, stress, grief or life changes. Therefore, I am dedicated to working together to identify your specific needs and treatment goals to establish a therapeutic environment that works for you. My practice emphasizes the importance of building safety and connection in addition to fostering direct and transparent communication. Together we can explore new possibilities, personal growth and understanding. 

I work with adults, adolescents and children as young as 3. Treatment modalities used include CBT, DBT, ACT, Play (Directive and Non-Directive), Existential and Adlerian. 

Professional Qualifications: 

  • Adler Graduate School – Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Adlerian Psychotherapy

  • Practicing Mental Health Services 10+ years

  • Licensed in WI
