Rebuilding Intimacy: A Psychoeducational Course for Couples
Rebuilding Intimacy is a 4 session psychoeducational course designed to help couples deepen emotional, physical, and relational connection in a safe, structured, and evidence-based environment. Couples will explore communication patterns, attachment needs, emotional safety, desire differences, and practical tools for strengthening intimacy both inside and outside the bedroom. Drawing from research-based approaches including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Gottman Method interventions, and attachment theory, this course offers practical skills, guided discussions, and at-home connection exercises to help couples reconnect with empathy, trust, affection, and closeness. This course is appropriate for couples wanting to strengthen connection, improve communication around intimacy, and better understand each other’s emotional and relational needs.
