Connected Communication: Building Secure and Effective Relationship Skills
A four-session psychoeducational course designed to help couples strengthen communication, deepen understanding, and rebuild emotional connection in a supportive, structured, and evidence-based environment. Across four one-hour sessions, couples will learn to identify recurring communication patterns, understand how attachment needs influence relationship dynamics, and develop practical skills for navigating conflict with greater empathy and effectiveness.
Drawing from attachment theory and Gottman Method research, this course provides practical tools, guided discussions, and relationship-building exercises that help couples improve communication, increase emotional safety, and foster stronger connection. Participants will gain insight into their interaction patterns while learning strategies to enhance understanding, trust, and responsiveness in their relationship.
